Hotel Information: This intimate resort is in Henderson, eight miles from the Las Vegas Strip via complimentary shuttle. A blend of Mediterranean and South American styles, the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa showcases Argentinean-style motifs, hand-painted ceiling beams, richly appointed tapestries, iron chandeliers, and Peruvian antiques.

Travel up and down the Las Vegas Strip is quite easy. Guests can also choose a city bus (less than $5), which runs the length of the Strip, or a private trolley (less than $5) that serves several of the larger hotels. Many guests choose to walk or take a taxi. Driving is also a convenient option, as most casinos offer complimentary parking.

The Las Vegas Monorail ($5) operates along the Las Vegas resort corridor connecting major resort properties and the convention center. It takes less than 15 minutes to complete the entire run. Stations are: MGM Grand, Ballys/Paris, Flamingo/Caesars Palace, Harrahs/Imperial, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas Hilton, and Sahara. The monorail operates from 7 AM2 AM on weekdays, 7 AM3 AM on weekends. Daily, multi-day, and multi-ride passes are available.

Overlooking the Las Vegas Valley, this retreat offers infinity-edge dipping pools surrounded by private cabanas. A private pool can be rented. The spa provides an additional lap pool, a fitness center, sauna, and steam rooms (included in the resort fee).
